Q: Does my Nethrone® come assembled? Will it be delivered inside my home or office?
A: Your Nethrone® will require assembly. If you have trouble with assembly, please let us know and we will have a technician walk you through it. Shipping companies are not required to bring the tables inside. If you need inside delivery, please let us know before you place your order and we will provide you with a quote for inside delivery.

Q: What is your Retun Policy?
A: Purchasing a Nethrone, you are in a secure and safe shopping environment. You can cancel your within 14 days from delivery by contacting Nethrone. If cancellation occurs before the product was shipped, you will receive a full refund. If you wish to return a Nethrone after it has been delivered, you will only need to ship it back to us in order to receibve the refund.

A: A Nethron product is typically delivered within 14 business days.
